Returns & Warranty

We want you to enjoy your purchase from Oupla.

Due to the hygienic nature of many of our products, we do not accept returns for change of mind.


Change of Mind

We offer a 24 hour grace period post-purchase for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect product selection
  • Personal preference

After this grace period we cannot honour returns or refunds for:

    • Change of mind
    • Incorrect product selection
    • Personal preference
    • Products that have been opened or used

    Please review your order carefully before purchasing.


    Faulty or Damaged Products

    If your item arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

    Include:

    • Your order number
    • A description of the issue
    • Clear photos or video where applicable

    We'll assess the issue and provide an appropriate solution in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

    Depending on the circumstances, this may include:

    • Replacement
    • Repair
    • Refund

    SilentRise Limited Warranty

    Oupla provides a 2-Year Limited Warranty for the SilentRise Sleep Band against manufacturing defects under normal use.

    This warranty covers:

    • Manufacturing defects
    • Electronic faults
    • Materials and workmanship defects

    This warranty does not cover:

    • Accidental damage
    • Water damage outside the product's specifications
    • Improper charging
    • Normal cosmetic wear
    • Misuse or modification
    • Lost or stolen products

    Australian Consumer Law

    Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

    You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

    You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
